Minimum Order Value

Wholesale orders from Infinite CBD^® have a minimum order value of $250. Payment is due at time of order.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is displayed on www.infinitecbd.com when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored.

MSRP

Wholesale products purchased from Infinite CBD shall be sold at our MSRP. Retailers may discount at reasonable rates for promotional purposes.

Payment Terms

Infinite CBD accepts payments from all major credit cards through our website at www.infinitecbd.com.

Payment is due upon ordering, with Net-14 terms available upon approval. To apply for net terms, contact your sales representative for an Open Account application.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. All unopened & undamaged products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Retailer is responsible for the cost of shipment. For more information, see our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

Damaged Products

If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, the product issue must be brought to your sales representative’s attention within 7 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.

Coupons & Discounts

Unless otherwise stated, our promotions and discounts do not apply to wholesale orders.

Shipping

Retailer is responsible for the cost of shipping unless otherwise stated. Orders may be shipped through either UPS or USPS. Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of order, depending on current demand.

International orders will be handled on a case by case basis.

Ordering Process

Orders can be placed online through your wholesale account login at www.infinitecbd.com. Orders also could be placed by emailing or calling your sales representative, who will place the order for you and email you the invoice.

Rebate

Rebates on wholesale orders are given on a month-to-month basis at the following rates.

• 5% back when you spend $2,500.
• 7% back when you spend $5,000.
• 10% back when you spend $10,000.

Rebates are given in store credit coupon codes. Rebates can be claimed through your sales representative and must be spent the following month. Rebate credits do not roll-over at the end of the month. For more information about the Rebate program and how it works, click here.
