All products purchased from Infinite CBD^® are backed by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your order within 30 days, exchange or return the products that aren’t working well in your store.

Used Items

Returns are not available for used wholesale products.

Unused Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Infinite’s error.

• Any item that is more than 30 days after purchase

Refund Timeframe

Once a refund has been issued, please allow 48 to 72 hours for the refund to be processed. Credit times will vary depending on card companies and banks.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. In compliance with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you may exchange any products you are dissatisfied with, one-time.
