Wholesale Shipping & Returns

All products purchased from Infinite CBD® come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your products within 30 days of purchase you can return or exchange them at no cost. For more information please see our Satisfaction Guarantee page.

Below is our shipping & returns policy for all wholesale products ordered from Infinite CBD.

 

Turnaround

Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 5 business days, depending on order size and current demand. You can track you current order status on your dashboard or by asking your sales rep.

 

Carriers

Infinite CBD wholesale orders are shipped by either UPS or USPS, whichever the customer selects at checkout. For freight or other carriers, please reach out to your sales rep who can apply your preferred shipping method and/or carrier.

 

Returns

Returns can be made on any wholesale product purchased from Infinite CBD. Returns are free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be given store credit or a refund, once the returned products have been received and approved. Shipping costs are not refunded.

 

Exchanges

If a product is damaged or defective, it can be returned within 7 days of delivery at no charge. Undamaged products may be exchanged within 30 days purchase at no charge.

 

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost on all returns and/or exchanges.

 

Fees

For returns or exchanges placed after the 30 day guarantee window, the customer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the products back to Infinite CBD.

 

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or for a discount will be exchanged or credited at the price of purchase.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

If a product is damaged, lost or defective upon delivery, the issue must be brought to your sales representative’s attention within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a free exchange.
